No Refund Plans
Weekly Subscription Plans
No refunds will be issued for weekly subscription models due to their short-term nature.
Monthly Subscription Plans
No refunds will be issued for monthly subscription models to maintain platform sustainability.
Refund Eligible Plans
Yearly Plans Only
Refunds are only available for Yearly Plans — and only if you've genuinely tried our mentorship for at least one month.

Use MentorAstra's services genuinely for at least one month to experience the full value of our mentorship.

If unsatisfied, raise a refund request within 7 days after your first month of usage.
Usage Verification
Our team will verify your platform usage and engagement with our services.
Full Refund
Once verified, your full payment will be refunded with no deductions within 7-10 business days.
Important Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days after completing your first month
- You must have genuinely used the platform and attended mentorship sessions
- Requests made beyond the 7-day period will not be accepted
- Accounts with minimal platform usage may not qualify for refunds
